Bilingual Customer Service Entry-Level Recruiter (AUSTIN LOCAL)
Shift: Mon-Friday - 11 am-8 pm
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Entry-Level Recruiter in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for the Hospitality Industry. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Key tasks include:
- Answer Calls and incoming Text
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Maintaining candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Assisting with onboarding processes for new hires.
- Providing excellent candidate experience through clear communication and support.
- New Hire Check-ins
This role requires intense Multitasking, organizational skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and a passion for helping candidates find their ideal roles.
